Our Philosophy

THE STUDENT COMES FIRST!

During the admission process we take the details of prior vocabulary, motor skills etc to get to know their skills and abilities. By knowing the level of their overall development, we are able to plan the individual learning paths for our students. The assessments (tests) are not to rank them but to understand their learning needs and to create learning activities to address it.

Every child has his or her own way of learning, own interests and own challenges. The learning environment needs to inspire the children. We need to apply age-appropriate ways of teaching and make learning interesting. The use of appropriate games and activities not only makes learning fun but also ensures better understanding of concepts.

We want our children to learn for life. We have equipped them with skills to learn throughout their life. Children are responsible for their own learning, but our job is to encourage and motivate them to realize their full potential – through joy of learning.

COLLABORATING WITH PARENTS

Parents and family members are primarily responsible for the upbringing of the child. We believe that the responsibility of learning is divided between students, teachers and family. We hope you show active interest in your child’s learning, also when the child is not at school.

We believe in creating a synergizing partnership between teachers and parents to help students learn and grow better. We welcome parents to be part of learning environment by following classroom progress, by participating in specially designed activities, various days and festival celebrations.
